The short version

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. If a file will not open or the print quality is wrong, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

When we refund

• A file will not open, is corrupt, or is missing pages
• You received the wrong title
• You were charged twice for the same order
• A print-quality problem caused by the file rather than the printer — send us a photo and we will look

When we cannot

Because a download cannot be returned, we cannot refund simply because a file has been downloaded and you changed your mind about the design. Every product page shows preview images and a page count so you can check before buying — and if you are unsure, ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether it suits what you need.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within one working day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 7 working days.

Wallet credit and referrals

If an order is refunded, any wallet cashback earned on it is reversed, and any referral commission paid on it is reversed too. Wallet credit itself has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
