The short version

This is a digital product. Once the files are downloaded the sale is final and cannot be refunded. If a file will not open, we send you a working copy.

When we can refund

• You paid but never downloaded the files, and you write to us within 7 days of paying
• You were charged twice for the same order: the extra payment is refunded in full

When a refund is not possible

After the files have been downloaded, even once and from any device, the sale is final. You agree to this before paying. A download cannot be returned, so a refund after download would simply be a free copy.

If a file will not open

We fix it or send you a working copy, usually the same day. Every product page shows preview pages and a page count, so you can check the title before buying.

How we know a download happened

Every download is served through a signed, expiring link issued to your order. For each download we record the time, IP address, approximate location, network and device, and when you accepted these terms at checkout. These records answer refund requests and payment disputes, and are described in our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a dispute is raised on an order that was downloaded, we share the download and consent records with the payment processor as evidence of delivery.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to reply within one working day. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Wallet credit and referrals

If an order is refunded, any wallet cashback earned on it is reversed, and any referral commission paid on it is reversed too. Wallet credit itself has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
