What we collect

• Name, email and phone number. Required to create an account and send you your files and receipts.
• Order history. What you bought, so your library works and we can support you.
• Wallet, referral and coupon activity. To credit you correctly.
• Basic usage events. Which pages and products were viewed, so we know what to make next. Not tied to advertising profiles by us.

What we never see

Your card or UPI details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; we receive only a payment reference and the amount.

Passkeys and biometrics

If you register a passkey, your fingerprint or face never leaves your device. We store only a public key which can verify a signature — it cannot be reversed into anything about you.

What partners see

If you buy using a partner's coupon code, that partner is shown a first name and last initial, the title bought, the order value and their commission. They never receive your email address, phone number or full name.

Email

Transactional email — codes, receipts, download links — is sent through ZeptoMail and cannot be opted out of while you have an account. Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as legally required. You may ask us to correct your details, export your data, or delete your account and personal data — write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your library access, so download anything you want to keep first.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a referral cookie to credit the person who sent you (45 days), and your browser's local storage for your cart and preferences. Any analytics or advertising scripts active on the site are listed in our site settings and loaded only where configured.
