Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains when a refund or cancellation is available for services purchased from Happitos. It applies to all fixed-scope builds and subscription retainers listed on this site.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel after payment but before any work has started on your scope, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
2. After work has started
Once work has started against the agreed written scope, the amount already earned for the work completed is non-refundable. Any unused portion of a fixed-scope payment is refunded on cancellation, calculated against the milestones or stages agreed in the scope note.
3. Monthly retainers and subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time for the following billing cycle. We do not offer partial-month refunds, since work and monitoring are already committed for that period.
4. Non-refundable items
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as domain registration or paid stock assets.
- Work stages already delivered and approved by you.
- Scope-call time, where a project does not proceed after scoping is complete.
5. Delivery disputes
If delivered work does not match the written scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix the discrepancy at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund for the affected portion of the project.
6. How refunds are issued
All refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 7 working days of approval. Bank processing times beyond that are outside our control.
