Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Happitos (operated by Bhanu Srivastav, part of the Infinity Intelligence brand family) collects when you use this website or purchase a service, and how it is used, stored and protected.

1. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and any project details you share via the contact form or email.
  • Billing details needed to process a payment. Card and payment details are entered directly into Razorpay's checkout and are never stored on our servers.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard analytics, for improving the site.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and scope projects.
  • To deliver, invoice and support the services you purchase.
  • To send project-related updates, such as staging links, invoices and delivery notes.
  • To meet legal and accounting record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have separately asked to receive it.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, your card or bank details are handled directly by Razorpay under its own privacy and security policies — Happitos does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to deliver a project — for example Razorpay for payments, and hosting or email providers used to run this site — and only to the extent needed for that purpose. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data retention

We keep project and billing records for as long as needed to support the service, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete contact information that is no longer needed for these purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Write to [email protected] to make a request.

7. Cookies

This site may use essential cookies to remember basic preferences and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data we hold, including restricting access to those who need it to deliver your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
